About Investment Retrievers

Our History

Investment Retrievers was founded in 2001 by Joel Cohen and Sammy Cemo with a focus on providing high quality recovery service by investing in their people. Investment Retrievers has won “Best Places to Work in Collections” awards consistently throughout the years further demonstrating our commitment to providing a positive work environment that fosters success.

Investment Retrievers is an active member of American Collectors Association (ACA), California Association of Collectors (CAC), Receivables Management Association International (RMAi) and the Compliance Professionals Forum.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide effective solutions for consumers to satisfy their financial obligations by offering realistic solutions focused on the consumer’s situation.

James Kiley started in the collection industry in 1997. Through a dedication to his work and a belief in what he does he has moved up the ranks within the industry. This has been beneficial in many ways especially when it comes to directing and managing all facets of the business as he is able to speak from hands on experience.

Tessie Saich has been in the collection industry since 2000 with roles including Owner, Division Manager, Compliance Clerk and Assistant Compliance Manager. Tessie started her career with Investment Retrievers in 2011, as a collector working her way up to executive management.

As part of our commitment to our community, Investment Retrievers continuously volunteers and gives back. We have participated in many local charitable events. Whether it be blood drives or volunteering at the local food banks, Investment Retrievers is proud to be supportive and involved in our community!
