California Consumer Privacy Statement
Last Updated 3/25/2026
This California Consumer Privacy Statement (“Statement”) supplements our Investment Retrievers Inc. Web Privacy Policy. This Statement applies solely to California consumers, including personnel working on behalf of our business partners (e.g., vendors) (collectively, “B2B individuals”), subject to the exceptions listed below. For clarity, this Statement applies to personal information we collect about California consumers, both on the Site and offline.
This Statement does not apply to:
- Investment Retrievers Inc. personnel or job applicants;
- Information we collect, process or disclose in connection with the provision of financial products or services pursuant to the U.S. Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and its implementing regulations or the California Financial Information Privacy Act. If you have a financial product or service with us, we will use and share the personal information that we collect from or about you in accordance with our U.S. Consumer Privacy Notice, which offers you certain choices with respect to the use and sharing of your personal information.
This Statement uses certain terms that have the meaning given to them in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (the “CPRA”), and its implementing regulations (the “CCPA/CPRA”).
Accountholders: If you have an account with us through which we provide you with a financial service, this Statement does not apply to you. We use and share any information that we collect from or about you in accordance with our U.S. Consumer Privacy Notice, which offers you certain choices with respect to the use and sharing of your personal information.
Non-Accountholders: If you are not a B2B individual as defined above and you do not have an account with us, and if we do not otherwise have contact information on file about you, then there is no reasonable method by which we can verify your identity to the level of certainty required by the CCPA. The reason for this is that we do not link information we may collect about non-accountholders (e.g., IP addresses, device identifiers or other information collected through automated means) to named actual persons. Accordingly, if you do not have an account with us and if we do not otherwise have contact information on file about you, and you request access to, or correction or deletion of, your personal information, we will not be able to process your request at this time.
